By visiting our website and accessing the resources, services, information, products, and tools that we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the terms and conditions as stated in the User Agreement.
You agree that any information you provide as part of the registration process or when you use the resources will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You will be responsible for entering any incorrect / void statement, unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login information associated with the account you use to access our resources and for all the activities that happen under your account.
You agree not to provide any of our resources by any means other than through the means we provide. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our resources through any unethical or unconventional means is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our resources including the servers and/or networks to which our resources are located or connected.
Attempting to duplicate, copy, reproduce or sell any of our resources is strictly prohibited.
The website provides various open communication tools such as blog posts, blog comments, product ratings and reviews, etc. We generally do not monitor the content posted by users of these communication tools. The user is personally responsible for any comments posted by the user on our website. You agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

All materials on the website and the design, text, graphics, audio files, video files, other files are owned by Crosswalk. Any unauthorized use of such materials is strictly prohibited.

Therefore, if you access or use the website and services from other jurisdictions, then you do so by your own choice and are solely responsible for compliance with the local law, including but not limited to export and import laws.
You are solely responsible for any consequences, damages, or losses that we may directly or indirectly incur due to any violation of this user agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crosswalk. and its directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, damages, expenses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this user agreement.
In no event shall Crosswalk, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our services or any contents linked through our services including but not limited to including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss or damage of data, damage to or interruption of local area network, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable. The maximum aggregate liability of Crosswalk, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors in connection with our services, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, shall not exceed the total payment Crosswalk receives from you for our services.
COURSE TERMS
The class dates and venue as specified in the batch schedule may change in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
The advice in terms of eligibility and state board is provided to the candidates on the basis of the prevailing rules and regulations. In the event of any change in rules by the respective state board or evaluation agencies, or in any other situation the candidate shall not hold Crosswalk responsible.
Crosswalk will provide the books to students and will upload the necessary resources(worksheet solutions and MCQs etc.) on the portal over a period of 4 months. This period begins when the invoice is issued by Crosswalk.There can be an extension in this period basis circumstances beyond our control.
Any delay in payment of fees, will attract late fees of INR 500 per day.
Crosswalk has a no return, refund/cancellation policy once the student has purchased the books.
The program and materials are licensed for use to the student only. No other individual may view, listen to, or utilize the course in any way whatsoever.
The student shall not copy or reproduce any portion of the licensed materials.
The student shall not distribute, share through any information network, transfer, sell, lease or rent any of the part of the course to any other person, in whole or in part.
The student shall not copy, sell, rent or loan any material to any other party. The student will also not influence another person to make copies of the study materials provided to the candidate and keep the same in his or her possession at all times.
The course is only for the student registered with Crosswalk. A student should not share the books and/or online access with any other person.
The online access may include controls to protect Crosswalk’s proprietary material.
The online access will require use of Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers. The online access will work on laptops and desktops only and not on mobile phones and tablets. For more details on online access, you can get in touch with us.
In order to ensure that usage is appropriate, our course system monitors the usage of our student and may raise alarm in case of inconsistent behavior. The security system is designed to protect the integrity of your student account. The security system notes the following to ensure that usage is appropriate and secure.

If there is evidence of course abuse or sharing of the course, the course access can be terminated at the discretion of Crosswalk CPA Review.
A student cannot reattend the classes in the following batches. If a student wants to reattend the classes, additional fee applies.
The CMG Plan may not be available at the time of your enrollment. If you enroll in any of the Crosswalk CPA Review Program that is not the CMG plan, you are not eligible for money back. The student should refer the invoice for the pass guarantee terms.
You acknowledge that income tax, auditing, accounting and other rules, regulations and methods are subject to change and are of such complexity that the materials may be inaccurate, incomplete or contain defects. You acknowledge that there could be some chapters or topics for which questions are not provided and student has to do them on self-study basis. You acknowledge that any service made available to you by Crosswalk is “as is,” “where is,” and “with faults” without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. Neither Crosswalk nor any person associated with Crosswalk makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of our services. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Crosswalk nor anyone associated with Crosswalk represents or warrants that our services, its content or any services or items obtained through our services will be accurate, reliable, error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that our services or the server that makes our services available are free of viruses or other harmful components or that our services or any items obtained through our services will otherwise meet your needs or expectations. You agree that you must evaluate and that you bear all risks associated with the use of our services, including without limitation, any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, timeliness, and security of any materials available through our services. Crosswalk disclaims all warranties with respect to our services to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement and title.
Crosswalk uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided from our Services is complete, accurate and current. Crosswalk does not warrant or guaranty that information we provide through our services, including all descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, prices of products and services, or the time the material is available, is always accurate, complete or current. Crosswalk reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, in its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any materials provided by Services, with or without notice. Crosswalk reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate, temporarily or permanently, any content or features of our Services, with or without notice.
Prior to the date your license to paid content expires, you may make a request to extend the term of your license by paying the applicable charges. Crosswalk reserves the right to refuse a request or to grant you a more limited license that will grant you access to only a portion of the paid content you previously purchased. If the license gets expired and student does not request extension timely, license will not be renewed.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
If package is returned to us undeliverable, then re-shipment charges of Rs. 1,000 apply (for shipment within India) to each undelivered package.
All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Failure to abide by these terms and conditions will result in immediate termination of the course and the student will not be eligible for refund.
Crosswalk may change this policy and any of the terms from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes, without any prior notice. In such a case, the student is bound by the new terms.
